Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

The only personal information collected is the email address you provide when requesting access. We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment card details — payment is handled entirely through Venmo, outside this site, under Venmo's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use It

Your email address is used only to:

Send the daily picks email(s) for the sport(s) you're subscribed to
Send a receipt confirming your active access when you subscribe or renew
Send a reminder before your 30-day access window expires
Reply to questions you send us directly

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. How It's Stored

Subscriber emails are stored in a private data file used only to determine who receives which emails. Emails are sent via Gmail's SMTP service; Google processes them under Google's own privacy policy as our email provider.

4. Data Retention

Your email stops receiving picks automatically 30 days after your last payment, unless renewed. We don't currently auto-delete the address from our records after it lapses — if you'd like it removed entirely, contact us and we'll delete it.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing clairvoyanceengine@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the eligibility age stated in our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
